Good afternoon Tiverton. Please join us in congratulating James Costa to his promotion to Deputy Chief of Police. Deputy Chief Costa is a twenty-eight year veteran of the department. Deputy Chief Costa was recommended for promotion by the Chief of Police to the Town Administrator and was appointed by unanimous vote of the Town Council. We have no doubt he will continue to be a leader in our department and our community.
