The Rhode Island Department of Health has issued a Public Health Alert due to increased overdose activity in our community. All of our officers and EMS personnel are trained and equipped with NARCAN. The Police Department has partnered with East Bay Community Action Program to designate our department as a SAFE STATION. We will offer 24/7 recovery coaching for anyone in need of help. We recognize the needs of our community to provide professional treatment for those who have been negatively effected by drugs and alcohol. Stayed tuned for further information.
