Some departments have K9 units and compassion animals. Well…meet our compassion cat. Scrappy has been part of TPD for a number of years. She patrols the perimeter of the PD for pests and likes a warm spot on the hood of patrol cars. She keeps our mechanic and our officers’ company while they are working. #policecat
