Deputy Chief of Police James Costa
Deputy Chief Costa serves as the executive officer for the department and is the second in command. Deputy Chief Costa assumes command of all department divisions and functions in the absence of the Chief of Police. Deputy Chief Costa also serves as the department’s internal affairs officer.
